The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Hanoi is pleased to inform you about the recruitment for the Poland-Vietnam Intergovernmental Scholarship for the academic year 2026-2027, as recently announced by the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam. We would greatly appreciate your support in sharing and promoting this opportunity among your students.

The Poland-Vietnam Intergovernmental Scholarship is offered under an agreement signed in 2017 between the Government of the Republic of Poland and the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and is now organised through the “Zawacka” Programme of the Polish National Agency of Academic Exchange. This program provides 20 scholarships annually for Vietnamese students to study in Poland, and 20 scholarships for Polish students to study in Vietnam at the undergraduate, master's and doctoral levels.

Key benefits of the scholarship include:

• Full exemption from tuition and research fees, covered by the Polish Government.
• Paid accommodation in dormitories according to Polish Government regulations.
• Coverage of one-way airfare, travel expenses, passport and visa fees, health insurance, and a monthly living allowance as per the Vietnamese Government’s current provisions for students studying in Poland.
